Each week The Praline Connection is host to some of New Orleans' most famous entertainers. From jazz on weekdays to the weekly Sunday Gospel Brunch, their are many types of music for all tastes. Of course, along with wonderful musical entertainment, your palate is tantalized with the many culinary delights that spill forth from the kitchens.

Conventioneers from all parts of the globe visit the Praline Connection Gospel and Blues Hall each week. They become a part of the family and join in with the entertainers by "second-lining" around the hall "Mardi Gras" style, to work off all the food consumed and enjoyed.
